Terms of Service XSocks

By using our services, you agree to the following terms. These rules are

mandatory for all users and ensure protection for both our interests and

the interests of our clients.

1 Balance and Refunds

Non-refundable Balance: Any funds credited to your account in

the system are non-refundable. This means that withdrawing funds

or obtaining a refund for unused services is not possible under any

circumstances. Make sure you are aware of this before adding funds

to your balance.

2 Communication Ethics

Prohibition of Insults: Insults or aggressive behavior towards

service employees or towards XSocks itself are strictly prohibited.

We strive to maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere,

and violating this rule may lead to sanctions.

3 Refunds for Proxies

Limited Refund Conditions: If a purchased proxy server stops

working (goes offline) within the first hour after purchase, you have

the option to return it using the «refund» button on our website. In

other cases, refunds or exchanges for proxies are not possible, even

if the server disconnects later.

Proxy Stability: We are not responsible for proxies becoming

unavailable after 60 minutes from the time of purchase. However,

this does not mean that every proxy will work stably for only one

hour - their performance depends on many factors.

4 Usage Restrictions

Prohibited Actions: It is strictly prohibited to use proxies for

sending emails (email marketing), spamming, or any other activities

related to illegal mailings. Violation of this rule may result in

immediate suspension of access to services.

5 Account Security

Responsibility for Hacking: We are not responsible for hacking or

unauthorized access to your account. However, we are willing to

assist the original account holder in recovering their username

and/or password in the event of an incident.

6 Service Quality Responsibility

We are not responsible for client complaints related to the quality

of services provided if they arise because the client did not

understand the specifics of how our service works. Users are

required to independently study the system's functionality before

use.

7 Guarantees Regarding Blacklists and Fraud Scores

We do not guarantee that proxies will not be listed on blacklists

or have a high fraud score.

8 Refunds for Geolocation Mismatch

Geolocation Mismatch: Refunds for geolocation mismatch of the

proxy server are not possible. We use the most current geolocation

databases and mobile device location data, allowing us to determine

geo-location as accurately as possible. However, accuracy may

vary due to the dynamic nature of IP changes on mobile devices.

Constant IP Changes: Almost all of our proxy servers operate on

real devices, whose IPs change when the device moves, switches

networks, and for other reasons. This should be considered when

using our services.

9 Right to Suspend Account

Rule Violations: In case of violation of the above rules, XSocks

reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without a

refund. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time,

and changes take effect immediately upon publication.
